One of my friends described their first appearance on Doctor Who as “the greatest piece of writing in fiction… EVER!” Now I dont know if Id go that far, but it was amazingly good. They were always difficult for Doctor Who ( and creepy for the audience. ) If you ever look at these guys, dont blink, dont take you eyes of them ever, and dont, dont look away! If you do, something terrible will happen. Artistically, they are great fun, the artist just draws angels ( however many you want to make ) with vicious, crazy looking, psychotic faces. ( and in the background you see the Doctor s famous blue police box )
