The man known as Wolverine wasnt always known as Wolverine. Before the X Men, before the canadian government, , he was a test subject for Weapon X. This was a program in Canada that was experimenting on people, trying to make super soldiers . Weapon X is the group that ended up giving Wolverine his unbreakable bones. As you can see, the man not yet known as Wolverine is pricked more than a pin cushion, and started to bleed every which way. ( Ill tell you , as an artist its fun to see how much stuff I can put on or off, or about to go in, the poor patient not yet known as Wolverine )
