The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, I think every one around the world knows these characters ( I was once teaching some foreign students, one boy who could speak much english at all saw a picture and shouted ” teenage mutant ninja turtles!”) The brothers are ( I always like it when they referred to as brothers, all named after famous artists” Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael. In a black and white picture ( the original comics were in black and white ) the main way to tell them apart is using the weapons. Artistically, I think is fun to see what position you can draw all the turtles in, while fitting them all in the pic, and showing their identifiable weapons. I dont like to make them as pretty as the childrens cartoons nowadays.
