Rose Tyler is a companion of Doctor Who. Some fans seem to think she is THE companion of Doctor Who. ( the most important and the best, other companions dont measure up to her. As you may know, I always try to make my illustrations of characters, look especially similar to the actors portraying them. The actress for Rose is Billie Piper. I believe when drawing Rose Tyler ( or Billie Piper) the most important aspects ( to make her look like her) are the mouth ( lips ) and eyes, and as far as the eyes, eye lashes and mascara. The background there? Its a specific beach that holds importance to Rose Tyler. ( you have to see that episode to know… ) And if you look closely, on the beach, you will see Doctor Who s police box, the Tardis. Im proud of every little detail in this one.
