The Penguins actual name is Oswald Cobblepot. Mots of you probably remember the Penguin from the 1960s Batman show. ( I actually had a professor once who talk exactly like him ) Due to that show he is probably one of Batmans most well known villains.
Penguin, in modern times, is a lot more vicious that that. He is not quite like the villain in Batman Returns either. In modern portrayals he is just a ( ugly ) corrupt buisiness man running a lounge, who happens to have a fondness for ice, penguins and umbrellas. In this picture I have chosen to put him descending a staircase, in some sort of mansion. ( Im not positive where Cobblepot lives in the books, but it could be something like that )
