The Master, as the Doctor Who villain is known has had multiple different hosts, different bodies during the course of the Doctor Who mythology. Harold Saxon is just one of them, but he is my favorite. Harold Saxon ( as the master ) rose in English politics to eventually become Prime Minister of England. ( who s going to stop him now? ) He is or was amazingly realistic ( a corrupt politician ) and wickedly evil. These were great episodes of Dr Who
