Harley Quinn seems to be everywhere these days. Warner Brothers seems to be intent on presenting her as a hero ( as opposed to when she first appeared ) or a childrens cartoon character ( even though she did first appear in animated form) The basis of Harley Quinn to me, is that she simply is a crazy woman. My drawing is just that, with Harley just sitting there, the audience concentrates on the expression on her face. In my opinion, that is the look of a crazy woman. As an artist I always like to draw her in that costume, her original harlequin costume from The Animated series, and I must say Im proud of the pigtails in the shape of the harlequin hood.
