Grand Moff Tarkin is one of top leaders in the Galactic Empire. At least, he was In Star Wars A New Hope. Ive drawn him near the windows of the Death Star, which is where he met his fate. He refused to evacuate in their greatest moment of triumph. He underestimated the rebels chance. Hehe. I actually drew this while drawing for fans at a comic convention. ( Its so, so cool, I can do that, ive wanted to do that since age 13!)
