Dr Manhattan, is a character from Watchmen. You may know him from the book and you may know him from the movie. Manhattan ( named for the manhattan project ) is a character who gained omnipotent powers, and every time his power set grows, a little more of his humanity is lost. He can do fantastic, amazing, powerful, horrible things. By the way in some stories, he doesnt wear the little black briefs, I just thought it appropriate that I include them here.
